Directions to Cataraqui Golf and Country Club

From Highway 401: [ Map ]

  • Take Sir John A MacDonald Blvd South (Exit 615) for 6 kilometers
  • Turn Right onto King Street West and continue for approximately 2 kilometers
  • Turn Right onto Country Club Drive (North)


Dress Code

The Dress Code regulations are intended to maintain the standard of dress traditionally expected at Cataraqui Golf and Country Club. They also recognize current social trends in dress. The attire of members and guests on all occasions and in all locations must be in good taste. The Board of Directors trusts that members and guests will adhere to the Dress Code and uphold the spirit of its regulations.

Golf Course and Practice Areas

Male Attire:

  • Dress slacks or golf slacks
  • Dress golf sweater/jacket
  • Dress shorts (maximum 6" above the knee)
  • Golf shirt with collar
  • Shoes and socks or sockettes; (Golf sandals may be worn with or without socks or sockettes)

Female Attire:

  • Dress slacks, golf slacks, culottes or golf skirt
  • Dress golf sweater/jacket
  • Dress shorts (maximum 6" above the knee)
  • Tailored blouse or golf shirt with a collar or sleeves
  • Shoes and socks or sockettes; (Golf sandals may be worn with or without socks or sockettes)

All members and guest must wear "soft" spikes on the Golf Course - No Exceptions!


Curlers
Attire dictated by warmth, safety and good taste.


In the Clubhouse
Attire appropriate for a curling, golfing or social event is acceptable. Male members and guests are not permitted to wear headgear on the upper level. "Soft" spiked shoes may be worn in the locker rooms, Golf Lounge, and the west corridor by the drinking fountain. For safety reasons, golfers are requested not to wear spiked shoes in the washrooms. Members and guests disregarding this ruling do so at their own risk.

In the Dining Room - Business Casual

Male Attire:

  • Dress or casual slacks (no jeans)
  • Dress or casual shirt, golf shirt, collared sweater or turtleneck
  • No headgear

Female Attire:

  • A dress or skirt, dress or casual slacks (no jeans)
  • Dress shorts or culottes
  • Blouse or golf shirt (no tank tops or halter tops)
